About Circle A Home for Horses, Inc: Located in the Back Bay area of Virginia Beach, Virginia, the farm has a longstanding history of rescuing horses from slaughter.
In 2013, rescue efforts increased and a program was implemented to pair rescued horses with At-Risk children. Currently Equine Assisted Learning Programs are offered to children aged 5-17 years old.
