The Beach Ambassadors held their first Battle of the Beers, presented by TowneBank on August 3 at Virginia Beach’s Tapped Gastropub. Five local breweries – Smartmouth, O’Connor, Back Bay, Beach, and Young Vets – competed in a taste test with all proceeds benefiting Seton Youth Shelters. The event raised $3,200.
